Great question! When going through insurance, you will need to be given a diagnosis.  Often times, the insurance will dictate what is the best type of therapy for you based on just that diagnosis and how long it should take for you to resolve your initial issues.  When you do Private Pay, you and your therapist work together for the best course of therapy, a diagnosis is not required and you have the flexibility to set your own goals and timelines. 

Yes, we do offer Superbills!  Essentially, a Superbill is an invoice that your therapist can provide to you after your full payment for that session which you then turn in to your insurance and you may be reimbursed for typically up to 75% of the rate.

Absolutely!  If you need to have a group series, retreat or talk, reach out to discuss possibilities.  We also welcome suggestions for future groups!  

Mother of Hope CSC works with adults 18 years of age and older across the United States (and the world) via Telehealth for Coaching and Spiritual services, including groups and retreats.  At the time Therapy / Counseling is available for individual adults in New Jersey and Florida via Telehealth and some limited in person in NJ.
